Lake Local Music Compact Disc Volume 4
The Lake continues to support and nurture local music. So far we have released 4 local music CDs, including our latest one with bonus tracks by Ani Difranco and Willie Nile recorded live in the Lake Studio! Proceeds from this series goes to benefit the Music Is Art Foundation.

The Lake Local Music Album
We have released our newest “Lake Local Music Album” as a vinyl record. You’ll find the same great local musicians on the L.P. that are on on our “Lake Local Music Volume Four” compact disc, including bonus tracks by Ani Difranco and Willie Nile recorded live in the Lake Studio. But there is one major difference: you can experience the music in lifelike, uncompressed analogue sound on 140-gram pure virgin vinyl.

The Lake supports local music and we want to help musician's at every level. Buffalo Musician's Resource is a great local website intended to give professional and novice musicians, agents and promoters, and anyone else involved in the WNY music scene, an outlet to communicate with other members of the community. The site features local websites and MP3's on a monthly basis.

107.7 The Lake supports the local music scene, with our weekly free "Lake Local Music Series" featuring the best musicians from the Western New York area, every Friday evening at Nietzsche's, 248 Allen Street.
